Holly B. (Dwyer) Roberts., 53, of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, formerly of Winchendon, died unexpectedly Friday, March 12, 2010 at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough.
Holly, daughter of Joseph C. Dwyer of Winchendon and the late Barbara M. (Efverman) Dwyer, was born in Fitchburg on November 10, 1956. She lived in Winchendon for many years and was a graduate and class officer of Murdock High School, class of 1974. Holly moved to Jaffrey 24 years ago.
Holly had been employed as an Administrative Assistant with several local manufacturing companies. She enjoyed bowling and played on several leagues and she greatly enjoyed going to the beach, especially Old Orchard Beach and Camp Ellis, both in Maine. She was always ready to go to the flea market, especially Rietta Ranch, and she also enjoyed yard sales and caring for her pet parakeets and cockatoos.
She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 23 years; Steven A. Roberts, her son; Nathan C. Roberts of Nashua, New Hampshire, her father; Joseph C. Dwyer of Winchendon, three brothers; Joseph C. Dwyer of Winchendon, Sean M. Dwyer of Jaffrey and Tod C. Dwyer of Ohio and many nephews, nieces.
Holly's family are friends and planning to honor and celebrate her life by gathering for visiting hours from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Tuesday, March 16 in FLETCHER-HEBERT FUNERAL HOME, 70 Pleasant St., Winchendon. Her Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, March 17 at 10AM. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Winchendon.
